Tom has been involved in Real Estate Development for over 40 years. Tom has worked with some of the largest Real Estate Developers in the country, notably Tishman Realty & Related Partners.
Tom’s career began in the Philadelphia area as a teenage construction laborer in High School and College while earning a Structural/Civil Engineering degree from Union College in Schenectady, NY and Business school at Johns Hopkins & New York Universities.
Tom lead various major Class A office building projects such as the 50 story, 1.6 million SF new headquarters building with the stunning multi-story atrium at 60 Wall Street for JP Morgan Guaranty Trust Company. Tom spent most of the 1990’s with Lehrer McGovern Bovis and directed multiple construction projects.
From 2000 thru 2016, Tom was a Vice President with Related Partners a major worldwide developer, led by Steve Ross and was responsible for developing several mixed use luxury high rise apartment. During the past several years he directed the conversions of several high rise multi-unit apartment buildings from rental to luxury condominium as well as overseeing the redevelopment of several distressed acquisitions to highly successful repositioned properties.
