Recovery and Enhancement Funds

The REvision Group is responding to the current crisis by offering new funds in order to help current developers of real estate assets, who need short term funding to keep their developments well capitalized in these difficult times. This special “Enhancement/Recovery” funding will be used as a Preferred Equity Investment, and can be a better or maybe the only alternative to infuse capital for their businesses. The goal of this fund is to provide new equity, in a time where debt and existing equity from the current sponsors and their capital sources are scarce.

Distressed Hospitality Funds

With travel advisories around the world telling people to refrain from traveling for a while, hotels are going to be impacted adversely. The REvision Group has been engaged to identify ‘Best in Class’ sponsors/ hotel owners who are looking for capital to grow and acquire troubled hotel assets at a deep discount.
